My passion towards art of receiving takes origin from the classic and humanistic culture. In particular, in Resanissance period started the school of good manners, based on courteous ideals of beauty, grace and ease.
The most representative of this school of thought was Monsignor Della Casa with its “Galateo”.
Under “Roi Soleil” period the art of receiving reached its best expression.
Ceremonial, convivial and entertainment were performed by Francois Vatel.
Today, after a long process of deconstruction, the art of receiving hired new expressions keeping its original purposes : beauty, grace and ease.
